Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Vishwas Trust activities on secure online payment gateway, is as under:

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.

 

Policy for Silent Charity Auction:

• All sales are final: This means that once you have placed an online bid and won an auction, you are committed to purchasing the item. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed, unless the item is not as described or is damaged in some way. 
• Item not as described: Actual item may slightly vary from the image & description. If the item you purchased vastly vary from the description mentioned in the auction listing, you may be entitled to a refund. However, you must contact Vishwas Trust and provide proof that the item is not as described. Your request will be verified and refund will be proceeded, if claim is valid. Final decision lies with Vishwas Trust.
• Item damaged in transit: If the item you purchased is damaged in transit, you may be entitled to a refund. However, you must contact the Vishwas Trust and provide proof of the damage. 
• Return shipping: If you are entitled to a refund, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of the item. 
• Time limit for payment: You must make purchase payment for your winning item within 3 days of closing auction.
• Time limit for return: If you are entitled for a refund, you must contact Vishwas Trust and initiate the return process within 3 days of closing auction.
